Yes. While we don't currently offer pre-recorded virtual tours, we're happy to arrange a live FaceTime walkthrough of the property. Just send us a message to schedule a convenient time.

While we love animals, this property is maintained as a pet-free home to help ensure a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all residents.
What is your smoking policy?
We take great pride in maintaining a clean, fresh, and allergy-conscious environment for all guests. In support of this commitment, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Zelle and Cash App as payment options for our short-term rentals. For our annual lease customers, we also offer ACH bank transfers with no processing fees, autopay capability, and an account history dashboard for payment tracking and credit building. To maintain a secure and trusted payment process, details are shared directly with tenants rather than published publicly.
What is your short-term rental cancellation policy?
We recognize that unexpected changes arise and strive to handle cancellations fairly and thoughtfully. When canceled dates can be rebooked, we provide a full refund. If the dates remain unfilled, a 50% of booking (1 night fee with taxes) cancellation fee applies to help cover the vacancy and administrative costs created by the cancellation.
Is a short-term rental security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent (including applicable taxes) is required. It is returned promptly after checkout following a routine inspection to ensure the home has been left in the same excellent condition in which it was provided, with no damage or missing items. We value our returning guests. Those with a positive rental history and a record of caring for our home may be eligible to have the security deposit requirement waived.
Is there a minimum stay requirement for a short-term rental?
Yes — to best accommodate guest demand in the State College area, we typically require a two-night minimum stay. Many visitors come for weekend events, family visits, and Penn State activities, making longer stays much more common. The good news is that even with a two-night stay, guests often find our home offers far more comfort, space, and value than the area's high hotel rates.
